Abstract
锑烯是由锑原子组成的单元素二维晶体,具有良好的稳定性和优异的光电性质.本文中通过液相剥离法,高效地合成高质量的锑量子点,展现其良好的非线性饱和吸收.调制深度和饱和强度分别约为3.9%和10.02 GW/cm2.利用639.6 nm Pr:YLF激光器中的饱和吸收体,实现稳定的调Q脉冲激光器,最大输出功率为83 mW,相应的脉冲宽度为255 ns,脉冲重复频率为227 kHz.研究结果表明锑量子点在非线性光学领域有重要应用前景.
