随着现代生活方式的改变,电子科技产品的普及,人均低头时间的普遍增加,颈椎病的患病率也在逐年上升.该病可从生理及精神方面对患者造成痛苦,影响日常的学习、工作及生活,及时有效的干预、治疗是很有必要的,可抑制或延缓其进一步发展.本文就目前中西医对该病的认识及治疗、干预手段做一初步总结.
