Abstract
The objective of the paper is to develop a Nonlinear mathematical model for analyzing the longitudinal dynamics of a hybrid small sized airship that includes wings and elevators as a control surface. In this model will propose a single body longitudinal dynamics model for the hybrid airship and two body dynamics model for the hybrid airship with tethered suspended payload. Apparent mass matrix is taken care in the modelling of hybrid airship. Analysis of the system is done on MATLAB with simulated results.
