This paper gives an overview and specific descriptions and explanations of biofuel, which will help people understand the development, technology, and implementation of biofuels. Although biofuels haven’t been used as the main fuel source in nearly all the countries that are still using fossil fuels, the positive impacts it will have on solving the fossil crisis and greenhouse effect caused by CO2 have encouraged many governments to highlight the necessity of using or reusing the biofuels. Scientists from different countries are dedicated to investigating enhancing biofuels’ feasibility and increasing the biofuel's proportion in the market. Overall, the tendency of using more biofuels is inevitable, promising, and impendent.
