摘要
In this project, the design and development of Unified Power Flow Compensator (UPFC) using Four Switch Three Phase Inverter (SSTPI) for micro grid power system is proposed. To analyze this power configuration, different control strategies are to be analyzed such as Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM), Inverted Sinusoidal Carrier Pulse Width Modulation (ISCPWM). This project deals with the simulation of ISCPWM controller based UPFC for micro grid application for different loads using matlab/simulink software and the design of ISCPWM inverter. By the comparative analysis the effectiveness of the UPFC in power system will be illustrated.
