Abstract

•Several historical shifts in functional pollinator group have occurred in Ferraria.•Certain visual and mechanical fit traits are associated with functional pollinator group.•Overall floral scent does not appear to be associated with functional pollinator group.•Results suggest that pollinators may have influenced floral trait evolution in Ferraria.
