Po138 / #777 ecap-controlled closed loop control scs for treating chronic upper-limb and neck pain in a complex regional pain syndrome patient: a case report at 24-months
Neuromodulation: Technology at the Neural Interface(2022)
Abstract
Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is an established treatment for patients suffering with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS); however, cervical SCS poses challenges including extreme variability of electric fields. The efficacy of ECAP-controlled closed-loop SCS has been previously published1,2 for chronic pain of the trunk and lower limbs. Herein a case report for the first patient at 24-months from the Brighton Study (ACTRN12618001808235).
