Real-time measurement and analysis of single biological particle's fluorescence and scattering
2018 Baltic URSI Symposium (URSI)(2018)
Abstract
In this work we present a system using Ultraviolet (UV) laser for single particle detection and fingerprinting by scattering and fluorescence of light. The signals are detected by multichannel photomultiplier tube. The acquired fluorescence data are analyzed using three algorithms: Principal Component Analysis, Linear Discriminant Analysis and Artificial Neural Networks. The approach allows immediate reporting on air quality.
