摘要
•Thigh meat quality of BYC and Cobb 500 exhibited difference at marketable age.•A total of 188 metabolites with great difference were screened by LC-MS and GC–MS.•The dominated expression of metabolites enriched amino acids metabolism in Cobb and fatty acids biosynthesis in BYC.•Potential biomarker metabolites were identified to discriminate BYC from Cobb 500.
