Abstract
The problems of constructing an optical deterministic real-time network are considered. The requirements for deterministic data exchange environments are analyzed. Current trends in modern approaches to the development of software and hardware for deterministic networks are considered. In particular, the concept of constructing a deterministic complex of an all-optical network with spectral division multiplexing is presented. Approaches to the construction of a dynamic scheduler for network exchange are proposed and a solution to the problem of dynamic reconfiguration of the complex in the event of failures is shown. Approaches to the development of an expert decision support system (EDSS) operating on the principles of a supervisory approach have been formed. The paper also presents a specialized neurocontroller for hardware decision support, that provides hardware implementation of the expert system and dynamic reconfiguration of the complex in case of failures.
