Aiming at the saturation problem of current regulator caused by dc side voltage of traction inverter reaching maximum value for embedded permanent magnet synchronous motor used in tram and the complexity of parameter adjustment in classical weak magnetic link, In order to improve the control precision, dynamic response performance and stability of the high-power built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor, an improved weak magnetic control strategy is proposed. An algorithm combining the control of the maximum torque current ratio and the weak magnetic control is adopted, and a feedforward decoupling strategy is introduced to plan the current trajectory according to the torque characteristic curve of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. The internal mode controller is used instead of the traditional proportional integral adjustment, making the clear mathematical relationship between the controller and the motor variables, improving the dynamic response characteristics of the motor, and accelerating the control performance. Finally, the stable operation under weak magnetic conditions in Matlab / Siumlink platform and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
