•An algorithm that fully fuses time-frequency-space domain information shows powerful performance capabilities.•A channel selection strategy that can be adapted to the subject's neural information.•The average classification accuracy of the 12 subjects is 77.7 %.•The results are improved by 26.2 % compared to the OVO-CSP method.
