Photocatalytic and antibacterial properties of NaTaO3 nanofilms doping with Mg2+, Ca2+ and Sr2+

摘要
•The alkaline-earth metal element (Mg2+, Ca2+ and Sr2+) doped NaTaO3 nanocubes were grown in situ on Ta by a simple hydrothermal method.•Prepared NaTaO3 films have environmental advantages such as easy recovery and recycling.•Doping of Mg2+, Ca2+ and Sr2+ improves the visible light photocatalytic performance of NaTaO3.•Mg-doped NaTaO3 exhibits excellent photocatalytic degradation properties and antibacterial activity.
