摘要

Our findings indicate that deficiency protected against NP phenotypic changes, extracellular matrix degradation, and cell apoptosis in the process of IVD degeneration, probably through FOXO1 activation, making PHLPP1 a promising therapeutic target for treating IVD degeneration.
