Clinical outcomes of adults and children with cystic fibrosis during the COVID-19 pandemic

•Adults and children with CF had an improvement in lung function during the pandemic.•There was a reduction in pulmonary exacerbations following the onset of the pandemic.•Virtual consultations increased from 8% to 47% following pandemic onset in Australia.•Clinical reviews occurred more frequently, though fewer clinical measures were taken.
