聚合物浸渍裂解(Polymer infiltration pyrolysis,PIP)工艺简单,可以净尺寸成型复杂构件,在陶瓷基复合材料制备中有着广泛的应用.但是其先驱体合成工艺复杂、陶瓷产率低、价格昂贵,且PIP工艺周期长,使得生产成本高昂,影响其发展和工程化应用.从陶瓷先驱体的低成本研发与高效率的致密化工艺两部分对陶瓷基复合材料的低成本制造进行了综述.
