Abstract
脾脏转移癌(metastatic carcinoma to the spleen,MCS)是指由上皮来源的恶性肿瘤转移至脾,与其他的转移癌相比,脾脏来源的转移癌非常少见,仅占比2％～4％.对于脾脏转移癌而言,子宫内膜癌孤立性脾脏转移是罕见的,占比只有5.3％,且国内目前报道少,其临床表现缺乏特异性,B超和CT等影像学表现也不典型,通过本病例的报道增加对类疾病的认识.
