Abstract
为了探究SCR外置烟道折角导流板下行程度对脱硝反应器入口流场均匀性的影响规律,开展了数值仿真研究.分析数值模拟结果可得,随着导流板下行程度的增大,脱硝反应器入口流场均匀性逐步提高.当导流板下行长度为1.5m时,速度不均匀系数从无导流板时的139.0%下降至84.0%,流场均匀性得到明显改善.进一步增加导流板下行长度对入口流场的改善作用越弱,折弯导流板的设计存在最佳下行长度.
