Abstract
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease ,AD )的病因不明.近年发现,AD可见表观遗传学异常.表观遗传学是指基因的核苷酸序列未发生改变,基因表达发生可遗传的变化,主要包括DNA甲基化与羟甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码 RNA等过程.本研究就淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白(Amyloid precursor protein ,APP)基因DNA甲基化异常修饰与AD发病的相关性进行综述.
