本实验通过脑出血大鼠下肢瘫痪模型探讨腰4～腰4移位吻合术治疗效果,及其诱发的脑皮层可塑性规律. 一.材料与方法 1.实验动物及分组:实验SD大鼠(体重250±300 g)60只,均购自南京医科大学医药动物中心.分组为模型大鼠双侧L4暴露组、横断组、吻合组,以及正常大鼠双侧14横断组、正常大鼠组.根据数字随机化原则分组,每组12只大鼠.
