Abstract
1病例简介 女,13岁,主诉:月经来潮2个月后停经8个月,停经期间自感声音音调变粗,腋毛发育.患者月经紊乱,月经周期10～20 d,经期持续3～5 d,量少.实验室检查:睾酮119.48 ng/dl,雄烯二酮5.75ng/ml.糖类抗原CA125、CA153、CA199、癌胚抗原及甲胎蛋白等肿瘤标志物正常.超声检查(图1A)提示:右侧卵巢生殖细胞瘤可能.MRI检查(图1B～G)提示:右侧卵巢性索-间质肿瘤可能.
