Abstract

基于多元少量的合金化原则,在Mg中添加了 Y、Nd、La、Ce等稀土元素及Zr元素,制备生物可降解镁合金.测试了镁合金的力学性能和腐蚀性能.结果表明,Mg-Y-Nd-(La+Ce)-Zr合金在Nd含量为2.7％,Y含量为4.2％,La+Ce含量为0.1％,Zr含量为0.5％时,抗拉强度达到223 MPa,力学性能较好,且在Hank's溶液中腐蚀96 h后的平均腐蚀速率为0.209 mg/(cm2·h).
