《脾胃论》所载"清燥汤"是治疗湿热成痿之名方.结合中医理论和李杲"脾胃内伤,百病由生"的学术思想,文章对"湿热成痿"之病因病机、证候表现、治则治法以及清燥汤方药组成、配伍进行了剖析.温故而知新,后世历代医家运用东垣清燥汤所治病证面广且效佳(如痿证、痹证、燥证、疫病等),对当今一些符合(脾虚)湿热病机的疑难杂病之治疗仍有可鉴之处.
