Early Recurrence of Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis in Kidney Transplant Recipients: When to Consider Regifting

•Recurrent FSGS post kidney transplant occurred at a rate of 26% in this single center study, similar to prior published rates.•Early sustained response to therapy occurred on average after 9 pheresis sessions.•Re-transplantation, or re-gifting of a transplant, should be considered early in the course of non-responders.
