Abstract
•The g-C3N4/CeO2/M-rGO photocatalyst with magnetic properties and response to visible light was synthesized, which has good stability and can be recycled for many times.•Box-Behnken statistical design (BBD) was used to optimize the degradation conditions of g-C3N4/CeO2/M-rGO for pollutants.•The g-C3N4/CeO2/M-rGO photocatalyst has significant antibacterial ability against the common pathogenic bacteria proteus mirabilis in water.
