摘要

•3 novel phosphine-amino-alcohol type chiral ligands have been synthesized.•[Pd(P,N,OH)Cl2] complexes have been prepared and characterized.•Intra- and intermolecular OH…Cl type H-bonds have been found in the solid state.•In the solution phase H-bonding affected the stereoselectivity of the coordination.•High ee’s (up to 96%) could be obtained in asymmetric allylic alkylation.
