Abstract
为了高效准确测定烟叶中的淀粉含量,在连续流动法测定淀粉过程中对样品前处理进行改进.用自动加压过滤装置替代双链球对样品提取液进行过滤,可提高过滤速度、高效批量的处理样品.该方法与原标准方法的相对标准偏差为2.50％,回收率在95％-105％之间,精密度高,可用于烟叶中淀粉含量的高效准确检测.
