通过对金华某热电厂130 t/h CFB锅炉进行燃烧优化调整试验研究,掌握了该锅炉的燃烧特性和NOx排放特性.试验主要对锅炉燃烧氧量、床压、一二次风率等因素进行了调整,对运行参数进行了优化,锅炉效率提高了约0.6％,NOx原始排放质量浓度同比降低了约20％,使锅炉的运行趋于合理,达到了预期效果,可为同类型CFB锅炉运行调整提供借鉴.
