摘要
A button is the most prevalent interface for interacting with the digital world in this era of covid-19. Social separation is a major factor in the current Covid- 19 issue. To avoid contracting covid-19, it is critical not to contact the surface of buttons, keys, or switches that have been frequently used by others. To address this, switching technology must be innovated so that a hand-operated switch can be replaced with a contactless switch. With the evolution of technology, switches must be updated to keep up with the times. Traditional switches are rapidly being replaced with a centralised control system in modern homes. Our project's main goal is to create a no touch switch with a sensor that can sense hand gesture and transform the information into commands for operating lamps, fans as well as other household appliances. Furthermore, for managing the operation of various home appliances, this contactless switches uses an Arduino UNO as the main control device.
