Abstract
The Oncomine Dx Target Test(Oncomine) is one of next generation sequence tests simultaneously analyze 46 genetic abnormalities including 4 genes approved for companion diagnostic tests for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The success rates of Oncomine in clinical practice has become an issue. In this report, we evaluated implementation status of Oncomine in our hospital and its usefulness in clinical practice.
