Abstract
Hom-isoclinism of central extensions of Hom-Lie algebras is introduced and studied. This concept is used to describe the Schur multiplier of Hom-Lie algebras, to determine the structure of Hom-stem covers, and to establish a relation between Hom-stem covers and the universal central extensions of perfect Hom-Lie algebras.
