摘要

•ChCl/EG1:2 as entrainer showed energy savings in comparison to EG.•NSGA-II method with targets of minimum TAC, CO2 emissions and GEC was used.•The EDWC and the SED systems are applied to the ChCl/EG1:2 processes.•For EDWC, the TAC, CO2 emissions and GEC are reduced by 23.83%, 23.43% and 22.66%.
