Abstract
•Sap flow in grapevine was studied under greenhouse conditions.•At the W2 (60% θf–90% θf) level, the effect of increasing the amount of fertilizer on the sap flow was the most significant.•Under different irrigation and fertilization levels, the correlation between sap flow and meteorological factors was PAR, VPD, and Ta, in turn.•At W1 (50% θf–90% θf) level, the ratio of Tr to ET was higher, followed by W2 level, and was the lowest at W3 (70% θf–90% θf) level.
