Abstract
A series novel dihydropyrimidinone (DHPM) containing 1,2,3-triazole moiety have been designed and synthesized using Cu(I) catalysed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) method. All synthesized derivatives have been characterised by IR, 1 H and 13 C NMR, and mass spectra. The new chemical entities (NCEs) have been tested for in vitro antibacterial and anticancer activity. The novel 1,2,3-triazole derivatives have been also subjected to molecular properties prediction, drug likeness by using Molinspiration (Molinspiration-2017) and MolSoft (MolSoft-2017) tools.
