A New Quassinoid from Brucea javanica

摘要

new quassinoid, dehydrobruceantinol B ( 1 ), was isolated from the seeds of Brucea javanica, together with two known compounds, bruceantinol ( 2 ) and bruceine A ( 3 ). The structure of the new compound 1 was elucidated by advanced spectrometric methods, including HR-MS, UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR experiments. The inhibitory effects of 1–3 on nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-activated macrophages were also investigated in this study.
