Abstract
Human in the work environment interacts with various means of work and technical equipment, so it is important that the work environment is adapted to eliminate negative effects on health and productivity at work. A new trend in the world is to introduce solutions in the form of exoskeletons to the given workplaces within the framework of prevention and a healthy workplace. These are mostly mechanized devices, some with electrically driven parts. These devices work according to a biomechanical principle, distribute a workload and transfer it to different body parts with a help of the exoskeleton's support structure. In industrial practice, employers still have little experience with exoskeletons. A certain shortcoming is the lack of methodology for ergonomic analysis and optimization of workplaces with human operation, due to new elements of support tools and equipment at the time of digitization, increasing production efficiency and ensuring production quality and occupational safety.
