Hydrothermal evolution and origin of the Suixian molybdenum deposit in the Tongbai orogenic belt, China: Constraints from geology, fluid inclusions and multiple isotopes (HOCSPb)

•The Suixian Mo deposit is a magmatic hydrothermal vein-type deposit related to intrusions.•The ore-forming fluid shows moderate-high temperature and rich in CO2 and CH4.•The ore materials derived from the mixture of magma and surrounding metamorphic rocks.•Mixed organic water and fluid immiscibility are two important ore-forming mechanisms.
