Abstract
•Core-shell SiO2@dSiO2@NH2-MIL-53(Al) was synthesized by solvothermal method firstly.•The composites were used as the adsorbent in SPE to enrich and purify NSAIDs.•The composites performed better extraction efficiency than commercial materials.•High backpressure and material leakage were settled after introducing SiO2@dSiO2.•Adsorption behavior experiments and molecular docking interpreted the mechanism.
