摘要

•We provide a systematic review of current literature on SD-OCT in AMD subjects.•AMD patients show thinner subfoveal choroid, pRNFL, and average macular GCC.•AMD patients show thinner choroid thickness at 500 µm temporal, 1,500 µm nasal, and temporal to the fovea.•We discuss limitations of the current text and provide directions for future AMD research.
