Abstract
拟薄水铝石胶溶性能是影响产品质量的重要因素,通过考察酸种类、酸铝比、氧化铝浆液质量分数、胶溶条件对胶溶指数的影响,建立了测定拟薄水铝石胶溶指数的分析方法,此方法简便、快捷、适用范围广,能够满足生产控制的要求,对加强原料质量控制、提升产品质量起到重要作用;有利于在催化剂制备过程中寻找稳定的胶溶条件,节约胶溶成本,减少NOx污染排放.
