Abstract
Preoperative CHO administration can reduce APH risk in patients undergoing endoscopic septoplasty under general anesthesia. Besides, preoperative CHO administration can improve other clinical outcomes, such as, LOS, hospitalization cost, sleep time, and fluid infusion volume. Moreover, CHO safety was confirmed in our study. In the future, additional investigation is necessary to confirm our results.
