Abstract
•This article analyzed the pregnancy outcomes of 123 pregnancies in 110 women with epilepsy (WWE) exposed to antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) polytherapy.•The live birth rate was 86.2% and the major congenital malformations (MCMs) rate was 10.4%.•No adverse pregnancy outcome was recorded in the exposure to the combination of lamotrigine (LTG) plus levetiracetam (LEV).
