Abstract
3例新生儿心房颤动(简称房颤),1例伴随心房扑动和紊乱性房性心动过速,1例伴室上性心动过速,有2例房颤的f波频率高达750次/分.患儿均分别存在早产、卵圆孔未闭、肺动脉高压、心力衰竭和病毒性心肌炎等潜在诱因.在经过积极解决合并症的同时积极抗心律失常治疗下,3例新生儿均成功地恢复窦性心律,且预后良好.
