辐射制备复合超级吸水材料及其抗紫外性能

Abstract
本文采用γ射线辐照制备木质素磺酸钠(LS)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)复合超级吸水材料.研究了不同吸收剂量、LS含量对LS/CMC超级吸水材料吸水性能和凝胶含量的影响规律,并分析了LS/CMC超级吸水材料的抗紫外辐照性能.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和热失重分析(TGA)分别对LS/CMC超级吸水材料表面形貌、官能团结构和热分解行为进行了表征分析.最佳制备条件:在100 g水中添加20 g CMC、1 g LS,当吸收剂量为15 kGy时,制备的LS/CMC超级吸水材料吸液倍率能达到316.1 g/g(去离子水)和97.1 g/g(0.9%NaCl溶液),表明添加LS有利于提高LS/CMC超级吸水材料的吸水性能;在365 nm紫外灯(功率6 W)照射15 d之后吸水倍率能达到276 g/g,而未添加LS的吸水倍率从259.3 g/g下降到176.7 g/g.添加LS能显著提高超级吸水材料的抗紫外辐照性能.
