•Multi-morphology graded Ti scaffolds with different porosities were designed and characterized systematically.•Hybridized gradients design enhances mechanical and biological performances of scaffolds simultaneously.•Higher strength, appropriate permeability and elastic modulus, and excellent cytocompatibility make PG50 an promising orthopedic implant.
