Telehealth utilization in gynecologic oncology clinical trials

•Utilization of Telehealth and remote laboratory and imaging within clinical trials increased during the Covid pandemic.•No difference in adverse patient outcomes, such as emergency department visits, were observed with telehealth use.•Telehealth and remote testing in clinical trials appear safe and feasible.•Incorporation of telehealth and remote testing should be considered in future gynecologic oncology clinical trial protocols.
