摘要
•The mechanism of pulsed magnetic field–assisted supersonic plasma spraying was explored.•The flight and spreading process of particles in the magnetic field were simulated.•PMF application made the particle flight paths converge to the centre.•PMF application prevented the droplets from breaking up and splashing.•PMF can improve the porosity and mechanical properties of the coating.
