摘要

•A new ratiometric fluorescent method was designed to detect Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.•The proposed sensing showed a linear range of 0.009–21 (U mL−1).•A fast method for detecting Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase with visual detection by analyzing fluorescence color shades.
