Abstract
在单因素试验基础上,以玫瑰茄总花色苷含量为响应值,通过Box-Behnken响应面法优化玫瑰茄浸提工艺.结果表明:对玫瑰茄花色苷浸提得率的影响从大到小依次为:浸提温度、酸性乙醇浓度、料液比.最终确定最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度42％(pH=2.0),浸提温度68℃,料液比1:15(g/mL),浸提时间1.5 h,浸提2次,此条件下玫瑰茄浸提液中花色苷的含量为(7.43±0.06)mg/g.与预测值6.95 mg/g相近,表明此优化工艺具有实际应用价值.
