Abstract
微波消解仪输出功率的测量结果的准确性与测试用水量、测试初始水温和测试时间有关,这3个参数之间又交互作用.采用三因素、两水平的正交设计对上述3个参数进行组合优化设计,通过对实验结果分析,确定了影响微波消解仪输出功率测量结果的主次因素.实验结果表明:测试用水量为1000g、初始水温为20℃、测试时间为60 s时,可得到最优微波输出功率测量结果.
